Believe me, I have tried to teach him to proper way to hold his crayon/marker/writing utensil.  He just won't do it.  Hopefully he can get this figured out in PreK. 

 

 

Open House and Legos

Dave's practice had an open house for us.  It was a great way to meet everyone, and for our kids to show off their special talents, like sticking their fingers in the fruit dip, and smashing their faces against the glass.

First, First, First Day of School

Audrey went to three different 1st grades.  I am so grateful she is such a trooper and it able to adapt well, and make friends so easily.  The morning of her 3rd first day of school.

Thanks to Adam and Whitney, we were able to find out and do some fun things right when we moved here.  We went to Touch A Truck and the kids were in heaven.  Being able to climb on all the trucks and then, honking the horn!!! After two hours we left because it got so loud with all the horns being honked that we couldn't hear ourselves think.

We are "home".  And it feels weird.
 

After three weeks in California, we flew to our new home.

Oh ladies.  Why didn't we do this every day? Three hours of stuffing our faces, telling fabulous stories and laughing.  Soothes the soul.

Wednesday afternoon matinee to see the Hunger Games.  I love being on vacation!
