I get sentimental on my kid's birthdays. Well, let's be honest. I am always sentimental, but there is something so special about remembering the day these little babes came into my life, forever changing me and everything about me, that makes me extra sentimental. Especially when it's my baby. Today is Austin's second birthday. Happy Birthday sweet boy. Enjoy your nap while your mom reminisces all about you, and the day you were born.
At the age of two, Austin:
*Loves balls
*Loves trains, tractors, and all things construction. And he calls all of them "choo choos!"
*Calls Audrey "Sissy"
*Loves his friends Riley, Cason, MikeMike, Vivi, and misses Ivy and Troy
*Makes the same guttural/throaty sound that Joshua did when he wants a drink of water "ghhghhghhghahghgh"
*Thinks he is way older than he is. Loves to jump off the fireplace, go down the big slides and attempts somersaults (it's so cute)
*If he has a dirty diaper will pat him bum and say, "Bum bum!" After I change him, he says, "All queen! (clean)"
*Loves to make us laugh
*Is such a happy boy. When Dave gave him his baby blessing, he blessed him that he would be "naturally happy". He is.
*If I say, "I love you very, very..." he says, "Much!!" One day I was telling him that and I must have paused before saying "much" and he said it for me.
