Fun day at the pool!

Happy 12th birthday to our little family. 12 years ago, on our wedding day, did I even imagine I would living where we do and spending our anniversary flying to CA to visit family? Nope.  Would I want it any other way? Someday, when I am 85 and I look back on my life, today will be one my all time favorite days.  My baby girl was baptized, surrounded by so many wonderful family and friends.  We had people we love from all stages of our life there to share this special occasion with us. It meant so much to our little family to have wonderful day with those we love. My heart is so full.

Such a fun night with high school friends, talking about old memories, looking through old scrapbooks and laughing at ourselves and how cool (read: dorks) we used to be.  It felt as though is was 1998 - friendships that last the test of time are the greatest kind of frendships.
